Why claims get denied
The common reasons are documentation rather than coverage: the damage was recorded as pre-existing, the storm date does not match the file, the initial photographs were not clear enough to establish hail as the cause, or the filing deadline was missed. Most of those are fixable with a properly documented file.
How the appeal works
We build the file the denial was missing — Light Booth documentation panel by panel, storm data for the date and location, and a detailed report tied to the specific damage pattern hail leaves. Then we take it back to the carrier and argue it directly.
If it still does not go through
