A low estimate is usually an incomplete one rather than a dispute. Hail dents are easy to miss without controlled lighting, and a supplement with proper documentation is a normal part of the process — not a fight.
Why first estimates come in short
An adjuster often assesses the car outdoors, in whatever light is available, with limited time. Under those conditions a large share of hail dents simply are not visible. Our Light Booth inspection typically documents two to three times more damage than the initial estimate covers.
